Work is what we what we do. Music is how we do it.
It is a great joy to see people coming to together to enjoy music in a noncompetitive atmosphere. The band had to generations in it. This world could use a little more of multi-generations working to together to make the world a better place. To share this world and make it a sustainable place for people my age to be human in 60 years. Music might be a good place to start.

2018 marked 100 years after the end of world war one. As a young man in my 20s, I can only imagine the whole world at war. It is only an idea and one with no context. I try to put this idea into something more than the abstract, and it is hard to imagine.
Multi-Tech Audio Visual sponsored Ontario Music Cooperative Inc. We used their storage-depot to jam before the concert. We used their lighting and sound for equipment, as their stage production. I would recommend MTAV. (Photo of David Fyffe)
Over the next two weeks, I will post highlights of 2018 in photos. I will look at a gig and person work that meant something to people or me on my the Barrie community
These photos will not be in the order of the time taken, expect it to see sporadic.

Backstage is like an office. You go there to do your job, not to party. No that does not mean you cannot have fun. Good art comes from to play and daydreaming. Good work comes to form a team that can try new thing and takes chances. However like any group you need to stay on track. We are all there to do a job. That job might include creativity.
